He expressed that while this is a good amount, it’s not as high as many people might think.

The streamer emphasized that his earnings can vary significantly from month to month.

For example, in one month he might earn as much as $11,000, while in another, he could make as little as $4,000.

Currently, he estimates that he has around 13,000 subscribers.

Shroud continued discussing his YouTube earnings during the Fragathon charity event, highlighting that his monthly income typically ranges from $5,000 to $9,000. While he appreciates this figure, he pointed out that many people might expect a higher amount.

He noted that his income can fluctuate significantly. For instance, he mentioned having a month where he earned around $11,000, but conversely, there are months where his earnings drop to about $4,000.

Shroud also shared insights about his Twitch subscriber count, revealing that the Fragathon fundraiser has notably increased his subscriber numbers. He currently estimates having 13,000 subscribers, a substantial rise from his usual count of roughly 5,000.

He indicated that he earns approximately $3 for each Twitch subscriber. Despite the high subscriber rate, Shroud emphasized that this source does not heavily influence his total income on Twitch. Instead, he underscored the vital role that advertisement revenue plays in his finances.

Without the income from ads, Shroud expressed concern about his financial situation. He explained that in earlier times, donations and subscriptions were his primary income sources; however, ad revenue has now taken the lead in his earnings.

Shroud’s commitment to transparency during the Fragathon stream not only educates his followers about his income sources but also provides a glimpse into the realities of being a popular streamer in today’s environment.

This charity event, which honors his late father, has successfully raised over $300,000, demonstrating not just Shroud’s popularity but also his dedication to giving back to the community.
