Report an error or changed requirement
The most useful correction report includes:
- the exact Stream Mentor page URL;
- the sentence, setup step, link, image, or requirement in question;
- what you believe changed or is incorrect; and
- a first-party source, product manual, test detail, or screenshot when relevant.
We particularly want to know about discontinued software, changed platform eligibility, unsafe instructions, broken sources, unsupported testing language, undisclosed commercial relationships, accessibility barriers, or redirects that lead to the wrong intent.

What happens after a correction report
We assess the claim against the page's evidence and current sources. A material correction is made in the article; the visible update date changes only when the correction or surrounding revision is substantive. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without promoting the page as freshly updated.
