IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat are teaming up for another marathon stream where they will play Fortnite together until they win.
These two popular streamers recently received awards at the Streamer Awards event.
In the past, they have done similar streams, such as one for “Chained Together” in June and another for the hardcore version of Minecraft in August.
Now, they will be battling together in Fortnite, but it will be more challenging than they anticipate.
Their new stream, titled “Kai and Speed Fortnite: Playing Until We Win,” will start on December 27 at 1 PM PT, 4 PM ET, or 9 PM GMT.
Both streamers will share their gameplay; Kai will stream on his Twitch channel, while IShowSpeed will broadcast on his YouTube account.
The marathon will only conclude when they achieve a Victory Royale by being the last team standing in a Ranked Duos match.
Although they haven’t confirmed which version of Fortnite they will play, the promotional image suggests they will use the OG version.
Winning in the Duos mode of the regular Battle Royale isn’t as difficult now because many matches include bots to assist players.
However, Fortnite’s Ranked mode does not feature bots, making it a much more competitive experience.
This means that Kai and IShowSpeed will find it more challenging to secure a win.
They will start at the lowest rank, facing players of similar skill levels, but it is expected to take them several hours to succeed.
In an earlier stream titled “Chained Together,” both streamers were physically chained together, mimicking their characters in the game.
This led to many hilarious moments as they struggled and argued, ultimately taking them 12 hours to complete the challenge.
Additionally, in their Hardcore Minecraft marathon, it took them an impressive 105 hours to defeat the Ender Dragon.
Fans can anticipate lots of fun and unpredictability when their Fortnite stream begins on December 27 as they strive to achieve victory in one Ranked Battle Royale match.
The upcoming stream titled “Kai and Speed Fortnite: Playing Until We Win” is scheduled to launch on December 27 at 1 PM PT, 4 PM ET, and 9 PM GMT. Kai will broadcast his gameplay on Twitch, while IShowSpeed will showcase his on YouTube.
This marathon will continue until they manage to secure a Victory Royale, which means being the last duo remaining in a Ranked Duos match.
Although they haven’t specified if they will be playing the OG version of Fortnite, the promotional material seems to indicate that this is the version they will use.
Winning in the Duos mode of the main Battle Royale isn’t as challenging these days since many lobbies contain bots, which help players achieve wins more easily. However, it’s a different situation in Ranked mode, where there are no bots, making it significantly more competitive.
This will undoubtedly increase the difficulty for Kai and IShowSpeed as they will start from the lowest rank and face other players of equal skill. Reports suggest their journey to victory could take several hours.
In a previous stream titled “Chained Together,” the two streamers attempted a unique challenge where they were physically attached to one another, reflecting their in-game characters. The result was plenty of laughable moments as they navigated through the obstacles, ultimately taking 12 hours to complete the challenge.
In another marathon focused on Hardcore Minecraft, it took them an astounding 105 hours to conquer the Ender Dragon.
Fans should prepare for a lively and energetic experience as Kai and IShowSpeed embark on their Fortnite adventure on December 27, aiming to claim victory in just one Ranked Battle Royale match.
