Popular Twitch streamer Nadia has recently spoken out against people who think she cheated in Call of Duty.
She claims these “haters” have spoiled chances for her after she was included in a promotional tournament for a new game called Delta Force.
On December 3, Nadia was announced as one of the “elite streamers” taking part in Delta Force’s “Warfare Streamer Showdown,” which also features notable streamers like Nadeshot, Scump, and Tenz.
However, soon after the announcement, many comments targeted Nadia, suggesting she should not be included due to past cheating allegations in Call of Duty.
One comment questioned why Delta Force would collaborate with someone accused of using cheats.
Another commenter sarcastically suggested that the game must already have cheats if Nadia is involved.
Following this, Delta Force developers responded to claims that Nadia is a “proven cheater.” They thanked their community for bringing the issue to their attention and promised to investigate further.
Despite the ongoing allegations, Nadia has consistently denied ever cheating in the game.
She emphasized that she has never been proven to have cheated.
In her response to criticism, Nadia expressed her frustration.
She highlighted that it’s unfair for her “haters” to ruin her chances when she has never cheated.
Nadia also shared her sentiment that a girl can be good at video games.
In a recent turn of events, Nadia addressed the backlash and concerns from her critics. She mentioned, “It’s unbelievable that my haters are ruining my opportunities when I’ve never cheated at all. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I can’t excel in video games.”
Nadia reported that the cheating allegations mostly arose from a moment during her livestream where a ‘banned’ message appeared. She clarified that this was all part of a production error using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), and it was just a setup trick that misled viewers.
To support her case, she shared a screenshot of an email from the time she supposedly got banned, proving that she has been playing without issues and using the same account.
She has often been featured on YouTube channels that focus on exposing cheaters in games. However, Nadia argues that many of these accusations stem from selectively edited clips that lack solid evidence.
Supporters of Nadia are calling for Delta Force to retract their statement about the ongoing investigation, fearing it reflects poorly on her. Fellow streamer Tangeezy appealed to Delta Force, stating, “You all need to do better than this; there’s no way you should fall for these claims.”
Another streamer, Azra, also joined the discussion, urging the developers to verify the claims with Call of Duty and confirm Nadia’s integrity. “You can easily check and see that she has been cleared, which she absolutely is,” she remarked.
As of now, there is no clarity regarding the scope of Delta Force’s inquiry or if Nadia will remain part of the promotional streaming event.
The launch of Delta Force on PC is anticipated on December 5, a date that many in the gaming community are eagerly awaiting.
