Twitch Star Kai Cenat Swatted Live on Stream as He Aims for Subscriber Record and Charity Goals!

Published On:

Kai Cenat is a well-known streamer on Twitch, reaching a peak of 306,621 active subscribers.

In his current event, Mafiathon 2, he aims to surpass that number.

Even though he lost his top subscriber ranking in October 2024, he is still the second most subscribed person on the platform.

Kai often gets a lot of viewers during his live streams, especially when he hosts special events.

After the first day of Mafiathon 2, many exciting moments happened in just 24 hours.

One of his big goals is to break Ironmouse’s record for the most subscribers on Twitch.

However, there has been a recent challenge.

Currently, he is back live on Twitch.

Just hours after hitting a 130,000 subscriber peak, police visited his home and caused his Twitch account to be temporarily banned.

Fortunately, he was unharmed and returned to streaming shortly after the incident.

Kai was swatted during his broadcast, causing a chaotic situation.

Helicopters were spotted flying over his house, and police arrived to investigate the false report.

On day two of the live stream, someone figured out his location.

Right after showing police officers at his home, he faced a temporary ban from Twitch.

However, he was unbanned about ten minutes later.

When he came back to Twitch, his supporters helped him cross the 140,000 subscriber mark again.

Sadly, due to the brief ban, he lost access to the video from the first day of his stream and is working to recover it.

After his first day of streaming, he had plans to sleep but arranged for TikTok star Miles Morales NPC to take over and announce new subscribers while he rested.

This was a fun change for the event.

On the first day, actress Miranda Cosgrove joined him for a special segment called KaiCarly.

Kai Cenat has made it clear that a portion of the money raised from Mafiathon 2 will go to a good cause. Specifically, he announced that 20% of the revenue from this event will be donated to help build a school in Makoko, which is an informal settlement located on the coast of Lagos, Nigeria.

In his own words, he mentioned, “We will be completely funding this project ourselves, which will include hiring staff, building classrooms, purchasing uniforms, and more. Starting tomorrow, 20% of all proceeds this month will go towards this initiative.”

As the event continues, viewers and fans are excited to see what other surprises and activities lie ahead for Cenat during this special streaming marathon. His dedication to both entertainment and philanthropy has garnered significant attention and support from his audience.

The Mafiathon 2 will likely continue showcasing various engaging moments, including celebrity guest appearances and interactive segments that keep fans entertained and encourage them to contribute to the cause. Overall, this combination of high-stakes streaming and charitable intentions makes for a captivating experience, keeping viewers glued to their screens.
