Myth Reveals Shocking $4 Million YouTube Deal Before Epic Comeback on Twitch!

Published On:

Popular streamer Myth surprised his audience when he disclosed that YouTube had paid him a large sum to exclusively stream on their platform for two years.

The competition among streaming platforms is intense.

New sites like Kick and Rumble are attracting major creators with highly profitable contracts.

As a result, many streamers are moving to different platforms as their contracts end.

In August 2024, Myth announced that he was taking a break from streaming after his contract with YouTube expired.

He was unsure where his next opportunity would be.

However, he emphasized that he wanted to continue creating content that felt genuine to him.

On December 6, he made a comeback on Twitch, celebrating the resurgence of classic Fortnite.

Myth is a well-known streamer who initially left Twitch for a contract exclusively with YouTube.

Now, he is back and has exciting news to share.

During his return stream, Myth revealed the incredible amount of money YouTube paid him.

He expressed that it was a significant factor for him to decide to stream there.

Myth shared, “I was officially streaming on YouTube. It was a business decision.”

He said that YouTube approached him with an offer he could not refuse.

The total sum from that agreement reached an astonishing four million dollars.

Now that he has the freedom to stream wherever he likes, Myth is excited about his financial stability.

Myth expressed his gratitude for being back on the streaming platform, saying, “I didn’t know how it would feel to go live again. The energy I felt was incredible, and it makes me really excited.”

He is just one of many streamers who have returned to their origins after their contracts expired. Fellow streamer Ludwig also wrapped up his deal with YouTube at the end of November, leading him to return to Twitch for a special League of Legends event.

Although Myth’s deal with YouTube was impressive, it doesn’t compare to the biggest contracts in the streaming world. For instance, streamer xQc recently signed a jaw-dropping $100 million deal with Kick. Additionally, Dr Disrespect shared that he received about $25 million when he joined Rumble in November.

As the landscape of streaming continues to evolve, many creators, including Myth, are taking advantage of their newfound freedom to pursue opportunities that align with their values and goals. Fans look forward to what he and others will achieve moving forward.
